Processing and Shipping
Items are made to order, processed, and shipped within 1-5 days (Monday-Friday) of received payment. If you have a special shipping requests (we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes) or would like to place an international order please contact me to discus shipping options.
Also, please double check your shipping address to avoid additional shipping charges on items "returned to sender". Thanks you for your understanding.
Item are delivered within 3-5 days after being shipped out USPS Priority Mail unless you are upgrading. If you prefer a different method, require insurance, or desire signature mail; please email me.
Your items will arrive wrapped in a white semi transparent paper bag, shipped in a padded envelope or box. To customize a note, please fill out the "Need a Special Note?" form at checkout.
Items will be accepted for repair up to 30 days from the original invoice. After that time frame they will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note we are not responsible for shipping charges on repaired items.
I want to create something you will LOVE, so I am happy to return or exchange any item still in 'new condition' within 14 days from the time payment is received. Wholesale, international, sale and custom "your own story" items are FINAL SALE.Please note, shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Customers must email within the 14-day return window to receive a return or exchange authorization before shipping back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs so please package and mail it securely, first class, with tracking, to insure it doesn't get lost or damaged. If an item is exchanged we will cover the shipping charges on the exchanged item being shipped out. Any refunds will be made directly to your credit card through specific method of payment utilized at the time of purchase.
Upon delivery of your order, please inspect that the contents have arrived in good condition. In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and I will do what I can to help sort it out.

Credit Card and Debit Card are the only accepted payments through strip at this time and will be debited from your nominated payment account before goods are delivered to you. Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees when accepting your package delivery in your state.
